At Think a Bit, we believe in complete transparency in pricing. This page explains how our products and services are priced.


1. WHAT WE OFFER

Course Videos & Online Classes — comprehensive video courses and classes for English Literature, UGC NET, BPSC, EMRS, KVS, NVS, PSC ASSISTANT MASTER & MISTRESS, WB SLST, and English grammar.

Downloadable Study Materials — notes, question banks, and study guides available through our website and the Think a Bit app.

Physical Books — printed books and study materials available in our marketplace section, delivered across India.


2. HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All prices shown are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are a GST-registered business.

GST and place of supply: We collect your complete address, including state and PIN code, at sign-up or checkout. Under Indian GST law, your state determines the place of supply for your order. If you are located in West Bengal, CGST and SGST are applied. If you are located in any other state or union territory, IGST is applied instead. The total amount you pay remains the same either way — only the way the tax is split changes.

Tax invoice: A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every purchase and sent automatically to your registered email address. If you have not received your invoice, or if you need a business GSTIN added, contact us at contact@thinkabit.in.

The exact price of each course, study material, or book is displayed on its respective product page on our website or in the Think a Bit app before you make any payment. There are no hidden charges.

For physical books, any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Prices of offline coaching programmes are communicated at the time of admission or enrolment.

We may run discounts or offers from time to time; the discounted price applicable at the time of your purchase is final.

Prices are subject to revision, but any change applies only to future purchases — never to orders already placed and paid for.


3. PAYMENT METHODS

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Depending on availability, you can pay via:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps)

Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

Netbanking (major Indian banks)

Wallets

We do not store your card or banking details — all payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under bank-grade security standards.


4. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Your order or enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment.

You will receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay and/or Think a Bit on your registered email or phone number.

For any payment-related issue (amount debited but order not confirmed, duplicate payment), please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy or contact us.
