SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This policy explains how Think a Bit delivers its digital products and ships its physical books to customers across India.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (INSTANT DELIVERY)

Course videos, study materials, notes, and app content are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment for these products.

Access is granted to your registered account on our website or the Think a Bit app (Google Play Store) immediately after successful payment, normally within a few minutes.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at contact@thinkabit.in or +91 7478553089 with your payment details, and we will resolve it promptly.

Digital access is linked to your registered account and is for your personal use only.


2. PHYSICAL BOOKS (MARKETPLACE ORDERS)

Shipping partners: We ship physical books through Delhivery and India Post, depending on your location and serviceability.

Coverage: We currently ship within India only.

Dispatch time: Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas served by India Post may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges: Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at the time of purchase, before you make payment.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details (consignment or AWB number) with you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.


3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.


4. DELAYS

While we work to meet the timelines above, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the shipping partner on your behalf.


5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. We recommend recording an unboxing video for high-value orders.
