Welcome to Think a Bit. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website thinkabit.in, our mobile application Think a Bit (available on the Google Play Store), and all products and services offered by us, including online coaching, course videos, downloadable study materials, and physical books.

By accessing our website or app, or by making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Think a Bit is an education platform dedicated to students of English Literature. We provide offline and online coaching, study materials, and preparation resources for competitive examinations including UGC NET, BPSC, EMRS, KVS, NVS, PSC ASSISTANT MASTER AND MISTRESS and WB SLST, along with English grammar classes for all learners.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our platform. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

We offer the following:

Digital products — course videos, live and recorded classes, downloadable study materials, notes, and app-based content and games.

Physical products — printed books and study materials sold through our marketplace section, shipped to your address.

Coaching services — Online live and recorded classes.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed on our website, app, or communicated at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorised payment partner. We accept payment methods made available through Razorpay, which may include UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.

GST and invoicing: We are a GST-registered business. You are required to provide your complete address, including state and PIN code, at the time of sign-up or purchase. Your state determines the place of supply under Indian GST law, which in turn determines whether CGST and SGST or IGST is applied to your order. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every purchase and sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for ensuring the address and state details you provide are accurate, as invoices once issued cannot be revised for incorrect details supplied by you. If you require a business GSTIN to appear on the invoice, please provide it before completing your purchase.

We do not store your card or banking details. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. In case a payment is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy or contact us at contact@thinkabit.in.

Upon successful payment, access to digital products (course videos, study materials, app content) is granted to your registered account, normally instantly. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for your individual educational use only.

You must not share your account credentials, download links, or purchased content with others, or reproduce, distribute, resell, record, or publicly display our content in any form.

All content on our website, app, and study materials — including videos, text, notes, question banks, graphics, logos, and games — is the intellectual property of Think a Bit or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund and/or legal action.

You agree not to:

Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or restricted content.

Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

Misuse, pirate, or redistribute our paid content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy pages for complete details. In summary: digital products, once accessed, are non-refundable; physical books may be returned or replaced for valid reasons (such as damage in transit) with photo or video proof.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee any specific examination result or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think a Bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

Our website and app may contain links to third-party services (such as YouTube, Google Play, Razorpay, Delhivery, and India Post). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Purulia, West Bengal.
